Work Packages

Project structure and coordinated activities driving the development of OnMoveID
The project is organised into work packages that structure research, development, testing, and project management to ensure efficient collaboration and successful delivery of the OnMoveID system.

Project Impact

OnMoveID ambitions to generate credible, validated, verifiable, transferable, and sustainable results and outcomes.

Then the objectives and challenges are aligned with the requirements of the call and the expected impacts defined in the HEU Strategic Plan 2021-2024 the Expected Impacts (EIs) of the Destination. Moreover, the project’s scientific, societal, and economical/technological impacts are aligned with the Expected Outcomes of the topic and the related Key Impact Pathways Results/achievements will be monitored during the project timeline, and outcomes and impact monitoring plan will be included in the exploitation roadmap.

Project KPIs will be continuously monitored during the project to guarantee that the activities are in line with the expected results, outcomes, and impacts. Once the project ends, representatives from the OnMoveID ecosystem will ensure that the foreseen activities and expected impacts are accomplished to guarantee the sustainability of the project results according to the 3 years plan delivered.
